THE EARLY BIRD CATCHES THE TOYS!
Kings' Dubai Late Campaign is to ensure children are here on time in the mornings.
Recently a number of children have been arriving just a few minutes late and missing coming into the school with the rest of their class. They are entering through the main doors rather than being ready on the court or the field to enter with their class and teacher. Although this is only a few minutes, it does have a great impact to the start of the day affecting the independence of the children entering school, putting away their belongings and delays the start of lessons.
Children are requested to be on the court or the field at 7.40am. Teachers collect their classes and bring children into school for a 7.45am start of lessons.
As an incentive, in conjunction with the Kings' Dubai Toy Box scheme, the class in each Key Stage (FS2 to be included with KS1)with the highest percentage of children on time, across a week , will earn an extra 3 toy tokens to spend at the Kings' Dubai Toy Shop.
Absentees are not included in the figures.
